Q- How long will my wig last?

Q- Can I dye or restyle it?
A- Yes — because it's 100% real human hair you can color, curl or straighten it just like your own hair. That said, less is more. Frequent heat and chemical treatments will shorten the lifespan, so settle on your perfect look before going all in.
Q- How do I take care of the wig?
A- Use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers to detangle, apply a light leave-in conditioner, avoid excessive heat, and store it properly when not in use. With proper care your wig will stay soft, defined and beautiful for a long time.
Q- Will the wig tangle or shed?
A- Our wigs are made with high-quality hair to minimize tangling and shedding. With gentle detangling and regular moisturizing you'll keep the curls defined and manageable over time.
Q- What is your return policy?
A- We offer a 30-day money back guarantee — no questions asked. If you're not completely happy with your Crown Aura Hair wig within 30 days of receiving it, contact us at support@crownaurahair.com and we'll refund you in full.
Q- How much is shipping?
A- We offer FREE express delivery to the USA. All orders ship within 1–3 business days via DHL, FedEx or UPS and arrive within 3–7 days depending on your location.
Q- Where is my order?
A- Your tracking number is sent to you by email within 2–3 days of placing your order. Use it to track your package directly. If you haven't received your tracking number within 5 days, contact us at support@crownaurahair.com.
Q- I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
A- Simply contact us at support@crownaurahair.com with your full name and mailing address and we'll resend it to you right away.
Q- Can I make changes to my order?
A- Yes — contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we can update your delivery address, name, email or phone number. We are unable to make changes once the order has already shipped.
Q- Can I cancel my order?
A- You must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to cancel. Once your order has shipped we are unable to cancel it.
Q- Does the wig have a smell when it arrives?
A- Some wigs may arrive with a very faint scent from the sanitisation and packaging process — this is completely normal and not a sign of poor quality. It disappears entirely after one gentle wash with a mild shampoo and conditioner. Most customers don't notice it at all.
Q- Something is wrong with my order. Who do I contact?
A- We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@crownaurahair.com with a description of the issue and any photos. We'll make it right as quickly as possible and get back to you within 24 hours.
